As an affiliate you agree to...

In terms of this agreement, "we", "us", and "ours" refers to ebusinesscards.co.za and "you" and "yours" refer to you, our linking partner.

Once you submit the application we accept that you have read this contract and agree to its contents.

Our relationship

ebusinesscards.co.za sells an increasing variety of products via our web site. This Contract specifies the terms and conditions for your participation in sales. Once you submit your application, you will become an Affiliate eligible for referral fees.

You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Contract will create any agency, employment relationship, franchise, joint venture, partnership or sales representation between us. You have no authority to make or accept any offers on our behalf, or to make any statement that contradicts the terms of this Contract.

Becoming an Affiliate

Complete the Affiliate application form on our site and submit it. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement with the link to paste on your website.
We may reject your application at any time. Once rejected, however, you may reapply. We may also terminate your affiliation at any point should we decide that your site/e-mail is unsuitable. We may also not give any reasons for our decision.

Unsuitable sites/e-mails may include those that promote:

Sexually explicit materials Any illegal activities

Or those that:
Contain the word ebusinesscards.co.za or variations or misspellings of ebusinesscards.co.za in their domain names Misrepresent the ebusinesscards.co.za logo in any fashion Otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Displaying the ebusinesscards.co.za Logo

As an Affiliate we grant you the non-exclusive right to display the ebusinesscards.co.za logos and associated text in the form of one or more of the graphic images we provide.

These graphics may not be displayed upon any site/e-mail without the express permission embodied in the ebusinesscards.co.za Affiliate Contract.

No Affiliate may remove, alter or change key elements of the corporate logo. We reserve the right to take action against any use that does not conform to the specifications we have provided or that infringes on our intellectual property rights.

It should not be possible to interpret the ebusinesscards.co.za link on your site/e-mail as a sponsorship, endorsement or license by us or any company or division associated with ebusinesscards.co.za. We will determine that implication and revoke this agreement immediately and by written notice.

Referral Fees

You will earn referral fees only on: sales of qualifying product bought by a customer referred from your site/e-mail link and verified by your unique Affiliate link.

Transactions referred from your site/e-mail once the customer has received the product and paid for it.

You will receive no referral fees on:
If you are already a registered ebusinesscards.co.za reseller or distriburer

Any items that are part of a special offer or discount purchases made by referred customers who re-enter our site via other Affiliates routes other than the links from your site/e-mailreturned goods

Referral Fee Schedule

As an Affiliate, you may earn a percentage of the purchase price excluding VAT and any other applied taxes and costs of the price of goods bought via your site / e-mail / sales presentation

Pay Outs

Payment of referral fees will be effected 15 days after the end of each month to a person/entity nominated by you in your application form.

Reversal of referral fees
When goods that have generated a referral fee are returned, the same amount will be deducted from your next monthly payment. If no further referral fees are generated via links from your site/e-mail, we shall send you a bill for that same amount.

Processing Orders

ebusinesscards.co.za will prepare and process all order forms as well as payments, cancellations and returns. We identify all goods bought via your site/e-mail by your Unique Affiliate link. We may reject orders which do not comply with our requirements.
